Galaxy is the perimeter: the space where common rules apply and where services call the same APIs. LANGA Galaxy is the set of LANGA Corporation S.r.l.-owned services living in that perimeter. A service that changes ownership leaves LANGA Galaxy and remains in the Galaxy, staying subject to its rules and API terms of use.
AEGIS Tech is the proprietary technology of LANGA Corporation S.r.l.. These terms govern the use of AEGIS technology components, regardless of the LANGA Galaxy service through which they are used.
AEGIS Tech is the technology enhancement layer of LANGA Galaxy Services: it is not the purchased Service itself, but enables and enriches its features (single sign-on, vertical AI intelligence, Shield monitoring, synchronization, data enrichment). Benefits arising from AEGIS Tech are licensed for the sole duration of the active Service.
Once installed, the Oxygen collects and transmits to LANGA exclusively technical site data: online/offline status (heartbeat, every 4 hours), installed software versions (CMS, PHP, plugins, themes), SSL certificate status and expiry, site error logs, technical events (commerce, login, form) — only with data sharing active.
The Oxygen does NOT collect personal data of site visitors. It does not install cookies on visitor browsers, does not track browsing behavior, does not collect IPs, emails or other visitor personal data. It only collects data about the site itself (server, software, configuration).
| Level | What it collects | Can be disabled | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic (Lite/Free) | Heartbeat, software versions, SSL, error logs | No — always active | Tools Lite, CARE pack |
| Extended (Pro/Premium) | Basic + commerce/login/form events | Yes — toggle in settings | Tools Pro, SHIELD/PULSE/SOVEREIGN packs |
LANGA may update the Oxygen and Sync components remotely and automatically, without requiring explicit consent for each update. By installing the Oxygen or activating a service that includes it, the site owner accepts automatic updates.
AEGIS Tech uses a cookie (_langa_sso) on the .langa.tv domain for unified authentication across all LANGA Galaxy services. The cookie contains: encrypted user ID and email. It is a session cookie deleted when the browser closes.
Shield continuously monitors connected sites and generates automatic notifications for: site offline, expiring/expired SSL, outdated or vulnerable software, critical errors. A "Powered by AEGIS Tech" badge may be displayed on connected sites with a link to these terms.
AEGIS Tech includes an AI engine with vertical models for each Network (LinkAI, BazarAI, ForgeAI, OpsAI, LabAI, DeskAI, TrustAI). AI services use external technology providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity). Specific AI usage conditions are in the LANGA Galaxy AI Disclosure.
AEGIS Tech exposes REST APIs for third-party developer access. API usage is subject to: keys are confidential and non-transferable, rate limiting and fair use policies apply, users are responsible for all usage with their credentials, LANGA may revoke access without notice for abuse, no guaranteed SLA unless dedicated agreement exists, LANGA is not liable for API downtime or errors, reverse engineering of AEGIS Tech is prohibited.
AEGIS Tech (including Oxygen, Sync, Shield, Intelligence, APIs and all associated components) is the exclusive property of LANGA Corporation S.r.l.. Use of AEGIS Tech components is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license limited to the duration of the purchased service. Copying, modifying, decompiling, distributing or creating derivative works from AEGIS technology is prohibited.
The site owner installing the Oxygen is responsible for: informing their own visitors via their own privacy policy (LANGA has no relationship with the site's visitors), having authority to install the Oxygen, not tampering with or modifying the Oxygen, providing technical access when needed for maintenance.
If the site or service detaches from the LANGA Galaxy Network — through withdrawal, non-renewal, termination, migration or uninstallation of the Oxygen — the following applies:

Use of any LANGA Galaxy Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. Some Networks or Services have additional specific conditions that supplement these Terms without replacing them; in case of conflict, the specific conditions shall prevail to the extent of the Service concerned.
LANGA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or notice in the Account Area with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Services after such period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
All Services are provided exclusively within the User's LANGA Account. Registration, authentication (AEGIS Tech SSO), billing and relationship management occur through the Account Area at account.lan.ga. Holding an Account is a condition of access to the Services and their related AEGIS Tech enhancements.
To create an Account and use the Services, the User must:
The User is responsible for all activity conducted through their Account. In case of unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify LANGA at legal@langa.tv.
LANGA Galaxy offers digital services through 5 Networks:
Each Network may offer free and/or paid plans with specific features and limits detailed in the respective Network conditions.
Section in force from 15 September 2026.
5-bis.1 Registration and responsibility. For security and management reasons, domain names registered or managed by LANGA as part of a Service are registered in LANGA's name, and LANGA is the registrant with the competent registry using its own contact details. LANGA grants the User exclusive use of the domain name for the term of the Service. LANGA keeps the User's contact details associated with the domain name and, where the registry so provides, includes them in the registration; the User acknowledges that in such case they may be accessible under the registry's rules.
The User is solely responsible for the choice of the domain name, its use and the content and services linked to it, including towards third parties and authorities, and shall hold LANGA harmless from any claim, cost or damage arising therefrom. The User warrants that the name does not infringe third-party rights and that the data provided is accurate and up to date. LANGA may disclose the User's identity and contact details to anyone who reasonably shows harm arising from the use of the domain name, and to authorities that request them.
Upon the transfer provided for in clause 5-bis.4, LANGA shall assign the registration of the domain name to the User.
5-bis.2 Technical management. For the entire term of the Service, LANGA handles the technical management of the domain name: renewals, DNS configuration and dealings with the registry or registrar. LANGA receives communications from the registry and the registrar, handles them technically and notifies the User in good time of those requiring the User's decision or action. Renewal costs are borne by the User and are included in the agreed management fee.
5-bis.3 Renewal in case of non-payment. LANGA renews the domain name provided that overdue amounts have been paid. If overdue amounts remain unpaid, LANGA shall give the User written notice at least 30 days before the domain name expires, stating the date by which payment allows renewal. If payment is not made by that date, LANGA is not required to renew the domain name and is not liable for the consequences of its expiry.
5-bis.4 Transfer. The User may request at any time the transfer of the domain name to another provider, including while a payment request is pending. If the Service terms provide for their own detachment procedure, such as the LINK Pack (clause L.9), the request is made through that procedure and the fees set out there apply; otherwise it is made in writing. LANGA carries out the transfer by providing the authorisation code and the current DNS configuration, within 30 days of the request or, if later, of the settlement referred to in clause 5-bis.5.
5-bis.5 Settlement. The transfer is carried out upon settlement of all amounts outstanding from the User to LANGA, namely:
No amounts are due for periods after the transfer date. The other Services continue under their own terms, except as those terms provide for detachment.
5-bis.6 Closing statement. If the transfer request is made during a billing period, LANGA shall send the User, within 7 days of the request, a closing statement including the management fee for the current period, calculated in proportion to the days of service up to the transfer date, and renewal costs already paid to the registry for the current period, which are non-refundable. Amounts already paid for periods after the transfer date are deducted and, if in excess, refunded.
5-bis.7 Continuity. Until the transfer, LANGA shall not modify or suspend the domain name's technical configuration merely because a payment is pending, without prejudice to clause 5-bis.3. LANGA Services linked to the domain name, such as website and email, work only as long as the domain configuration points to LANGA resources.
Payments are centrally managed through the Easy Gateway system (easy.langa.tv). Accepted methods are: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer, easy Pay (Leghe).
Prices are displayed net of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on the User's fiscal residence:
LANGA issues an automatic PDF pro-forma invoice for each payment and electronic invoices via SDI for Italian clients.
In case of non-payment by the due date:
Early payment (at least 72 hours before the due date) entitles a 3% discount.
All card payments are subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) pursuant to Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389. Authentication is handled directly by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) via the 3D Secure 2 protocol.
LANGA does not store, transmit or process payment card data. All sensitive data is managed by PCI DSS certified providers.
For BAZAR Network marketplace services, LANGA acts as an intermediary service provider pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act — DSA). As such:
LANGA reserves the right to modify at any time the prices, composition, features, limits and commercial conditions of the Services and individual plans (packs), including but not limited to:
Changes take effect from the next renewal of the Service. LANGA will notify the User via email and/or notice in the Account Area at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Users who do not wish to accept the new conditions may cancel the Service without penalty before the renewal date by sending notice to legal@langa.tv or via the Account Area. Failure to cancel by such date constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
This clause applies to all Galaxy Networks and Services, unless otherwise provided by an individual contract (e.g. SOVEREIGN SLA with locked pricing for the agreed duration).
Leghe are multi-purpose vouchers pursuant to art. 6-quater of Italian Presidential Decree 633/72. Full conditions are described in the Leghe Disclosure, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary:
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), arts. 52-59, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without obligation to state reasons.
For digital services: if the User expressly consents to immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o), the right of withdrawal is excluded.
The full procedure is described in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs and documentation relating to LANGA Galaxy, Networks and Services are the exclusive property of LANGA Corporation S.r.l. or their respective licensors and are protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.
The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Services. It is prohibited to:
The User retains ownership of content uploaded to the Services (texts, images, data). By uploading content, the User grants LANGA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable license for the sole purpose of providing the requested Service.
The User warrants that their content:
LANGA reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, with prior notice to the User where possible.
Some LANGA Galaxy Services expose or will expose application programming interfaces (APIs) for integration with external systems. API usage is subject to the following conditions:
LANGA Corp. Srl may also operate as a direct seller of products and services within its Networks. In such cases the product/service will be clearly identified as "Sold and shipped by LANGA" and the legal guarantees of conformity under applicable law will apply in full.
To deliver its Services, LANGA may engage qualified third-party providers (infrastructure, software, cloud services, payment processing, artificial intelligence and others). In this context:
Specific conditions regarding third-party providers for each Network are detailed in the applicable Network and Service conditions.
LANGA Galaxy services may display sponsored content (ads, featured listings, promoted products) in platform feeds and pages. For such content:
LANGA provides the Services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The above limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by LANGA, nor where the law does not permit such limitations.
LANGA may suspend or terminate access to the Services in the following cases:
The User may close their Account at any time from the Account Area. Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations (e.g., 10-year fiscal retention).
Upon termination of the relationship, for any reason, the detachment effects set out in the AEGIS Tech Terms §A.10 (license termination and non-transfer of AEGIS Tech enhancements) shall apply.
LANGA shall not be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, infrastructure failures, government orders, interruptions of third-party service providers.
LANGA's communications to the User will be made via: email to the registered address, notices in the Account Area, notifications in the administration panel (where applicable). The User is responsible for keeping their email address up to date.
Service communications, reminders and expiry or renewal notices for all LANGA Services are sent from a single centralised system and come exclusively from senders on langa.tv domains. No Service sends these communications on its own or from other domains.
Because the only legitimate senders are those set out in clause 14.1, the User shall treat as suspicious any communication that: comes from a domain other than langa.tv; asks for credentials, personal data or payment data to be entered on pages outside the langa.tv domains; or requests payment by means or to account details other than those shown in the Account Area.
LANGA never asks for the account password or full payment card details by email, telephone or messaging. If in doubt, the User should not reply and should not open attachments or links: access the Services by typing the address in the browser, and forward the suspicious message to legal@langa.tv.
Reminders and expiry notices are not sent on Sundays or on the national public holidays of the country stated in the User's billing details. If a payment due date falls on one of those days, the due date is the next working day: the period is extended and never shortened, and the late-payment surcharges under clause 6 run from the due date as so determined. The invoice date is not affected by the postponement.
Where no billing country is given, or where no national public holiday calendar is available for that country, the Italian calendar applies.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Milan (Italy), without prejudice to the consumer's forum where required by law.
For consumer users resident in the EEA, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights provided by the local legislation of the country of residence, including rights under Directive 2011/83/EU (consumer rights) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). In case of conflict between these Terms and mandatory local rules, the latter shall prevail.
For users resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms do not limit rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For users residing outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, disputes may be resolved through amicable arbitration before resorting to the competent court. For users residing in California (USA), the supplementary provisions in section 17 apply.
For users residing in California, LANGA recognizes the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as detailed in the Privacy Policy. In particular: the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of data (LANGA does not sell personal data to third parties), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising such rights.
LANGA is committed to complying with applicable data protection and consumer laws in the countries where the Services are accessible. Where local laws impose higher standards than these Terms, such standards apply in addition.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. LANGA's failure to enforce a right on a specific occasion shall not constitute a waiver for the future.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and LANGA regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior written or oral understanding.
